Good words. Fewer steps.
Privacy Policy
PDFTextFlow is designed so there is almost nothing to protect: your documents never leave your device, and the site collects the minimum needed to function.
What stays on your device
PDF parsing, text extraction, editing and PDF generation run locally in your browser. Your documents, passwords and custom fonts are never uploaded to PDFTextFlow, and conversion results disappear when you close or refresh the page.
What your browser downloads
The site loads its own scripts, styles and fonts. When you run English OCR, your browser downloads Tesseract’s recognition engine and English language data from the jsDelivr content delivery network, and may keep a local copy to start faster next time. These requests do not include your documents.
What PDFTextFlow stores
PDFTextFlow sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing saved in your browser is your appearance choice, such as light or dark mode, stored locally on your device.
Information you never give us
There are no accounts, newsletters or contact forms, so PDFTextFlow holds no names, email addresses or payment details. If you never tell us anything, there is nothing to keep, share or delete.
Data requests and deletion
Because documents and personal details are never sent to PDFTextFlow, there is nothing to export or erase on a server. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the locally stored appearance choice.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Continued use of the tools after a change means you accept the updated policy.
